Bart McIlonie is an associate attorney at Tax Law Office, P.A., Fargo, ND, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of business taxation, estate planning and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPS) and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. McIlonie also represents clients in tax controversy disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.
He earned his B.A. degree in accounting and finance from Jamestown College and his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota. Mr. McIlonie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mr. McIlonie holds a law license in both Minnesota and North Dakota and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court as well as the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
